- In order to return please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship it back within 7 days of delivery
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for Custom or personalized orders and Items on sale
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping and its associated costs.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging (doesn’t matter if you have torn open a stubborn package we do it as well) and condition. If not, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Manufacturing Defect/Damage in Transit:
- Should be reported to us immediately on the same day after you’ve received the product, the product will not be eligible for replacement if we are notified after a long period except a genuine case.
After the product has been received the refund amount will be processed after quality check on our end.
